Shipping & Return Policy


We ship worldwide. Domestic shipments are with Canada Post, and export parcels are always with DHL Express. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the items’ availability and the shipping options you did choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and the best contact phone number, mandatory for all parcels exported. Vibrant-Body Inc. is not liable for an incorrect delivery address, and we would hate to see a delay in your deliveries.


We offer Expedited or Express Shipping Conditions on most orders upon request. Please contact us for further information BEFORE placing your order.


Devices, devices’ accessories cannot be returned for a refund. We do not offer for all products any money-back guarantee.

Non-Appliance Return Policy: Non-appliances cannot be returned for a refund.

Appliance Return Policy
Our Website provides a great deal of information about the appliances we carry. To the best of our ability, we will be glad to answer all questions you may have regarding your device purchase. Ultimately the decision as to which appliance you purchase must be yours.

All warranties are between the appliance manufacturer and you, the purchaser. We make no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your appliance. If the appliance is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period, please review your warranty and contact us or directly the manufacturer to decide for repair or replacement procedure.
If you have any difficulty, let us know, and we will be happy to do what we can to help resolve anything pending.

Vibrant-Body is not responsible for Lost/Stolen/Mis-routed/Not Received/Customs Captured International packages. If such a misfortune occurs, for our part, we will file claims with the carrier service on your behalf. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to 1. Receive a refund for the items bought (minus the initial shipping fee) or 2. We can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the returned items to us.


Vibrant-Body is not responsible for Customs’ duties or fees, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. The recipient of the package is responsible for all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessing duties and taxes by that country’s national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. Also, for most countries, there is an administrative fee collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.
